Just as an Orcas pod works together to navigate the ocean, our team of dedicated professionals collaborates to guide every child on their developmental journey. Each member plays a vital role
in our mission to help children thrive.
Speech Therapist
The Speech Therapist is our Voice Navigator. They help children find their unique voice and navigate the
currents of communication. This involves working on articulation, language comprehension, and social
communication skills, ensuring every child can express their thoughts and feelings clearly
Special Educator
The Special Educator is our Rainbow Bridge Builder. They create a personalized path for children to cross from
where they are to where they need to be academically. They design tailored learning plans and teach
foundational skills, helping children prepare for school and overcome learning challenges.
Occupational Therapist
The Occupational Therapist is our Skill Diver. They dive into the details of a child’s daily life, helping them
master skills for independence. They focus on gross motor skills, fine motor skills, cognitive skills, reflexes, ADLs,
sensory integration, and self-care, building the strength and coordination needed to navigate their world with
confidence.
Psychologist
The Psychologist is our Emotional Compass. They provide guidance to children and families, helping them
navigate the complex emotional currents of development. They offer support for emotional well-being,
behavioral challenges, and social skills, ensuring a calm and steady journey
Behavioral Therapist
The Behavioral Navigator. They use structured, positive techniques to help children learn new behaviors and
adapt to social situations.
Recreational Therapist
The Playful Current Coach. They use fun, engaging activities and games to build social skills, teamwork, and
confidence, making therapy feel like an adventure.
Administrator
The Administrator is our Harbor Master. They manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring the center runs
smoothly and efficiently. They are the first friendly face families meet, organizing the journey and keeping our
pod sailing on course
Housekeeping Staff
Our expert guides include our diligent housekeeping staff, who are essential to our pod. They work tirelessly
behind the scenes to ensure our center is a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for every child. Their
commitment to maintaining impeccable hygiene and order allows our children to learn and play without
